I don’t remember what I ordered, but most of them were soup dumplings. All of them tasted super good. I love the fried rice and stir fry bok choy. It’s a recommended Michelin restaurant, so it’s always busy and full of table, make a reservation if you don’t want to wait long. 4 people only $90 for good service, good food and satisfaction. I think it’s worth it.

Loved the food and atmosphere! Soup dumplings were amazing, and so are the pan fried dumplings. Try the Tofu pudding if you haven’t had it before; such a tasty treat.

Visit: July 2024 Got the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings. The soup dumpling quality was very high. They were large and each one had a very unique flavour. They were all very good. The truffle one had the most unique flavour. There was a lot of soup in the dumplings, and the skin was very thin as well. Very delicious and highly recommend.

We’ve been on the hunt XLBs so we decided to come here to satisfy our cravings. We got the crab and pork XLBs, rice cake shrimp, and scallion pancake. Everything came out relatively fast and it was super delicious and savory. Our waitress was also super attentive and would check up on us to see if we were doing ok. Overall, it was a delicious meal and I would definitely come back here again!

Tldr: Amazing dim sum location! Atmosphere very comfortable and staff are friendly. Will definitely be coming back. Has a wide variety of Shanghai cuisine and dim sum that are very palatable for anybody. The dishes also look vibrant which complements their exquisite taste. However, our appetizer, the jellyfish and turnip salad, was a bit too salty. Otherwise, no notes for all the other dishes.

Though we had to wait quite a while, it was worth it. We had variants of the dumplings, wantons and udon noodles. Everything was flavorful and presented in delightful manner. Service was polite and calm. We never got the feeling of being rushed even though the waiting line was long. I highly recommend the shrimp, pork and vegetable wantons in spicy peanut sauce.

If you're craving xiao long bao definitely try out this place! The soup dumplings are so flavorful and has so much soup in them. Most of the dumplings were able to stay in tact but some of the skin was broken already though. If you want to try multiple flavors, definitely get the Lucky 6 dumplings as it is one of the most popular dishes and is one of the main dishes this place is known for. The spicy wontons were also my favorite dish! Service was fast and food came out in a timely manner. The service is was very kind and the atmosphere is lively and fun.

My girl friends and I try to catch up with each other now and then since life tells us life is hard. My gf and I were trying to figure out a place to go for lunch and I picked this place based on all its Michelin recommendations and also, have you ever met a sad soup dumpling? Well, except the one that bursted before it got to you? Things to know: they do not take reservations. Everyone must be present to be seated. Don't think they take more than two credit cards when splitting the bill. I went here twice with friends and so far I had the following: - cucumber salad: I would pass. Bland. I added black vinegar and chili oil to make it passable, but pass. - bamboo shoot: pass. Just a bit spicy and no flavor - crispy noodles with vegetable stir fry. This is delicious. Get it! You won't miss the meat. I got it first time I went there with my gf and we got it again when we went back with other gfs. - truffle soup dumplings: just okay. Not much of a fan - crab and pork dumplings: this is all you need. In my opinion, cannot go wrong with the OG - signature pork dumplings: same as the crab and pork, but no crab. Delicious but I miss the crab - spring rolls: pass. Can tell they come from frozen Personally, this place does soup dumplings well. Others are just make up that makes something already beautiful more beautiful, which is a bit excessive. Price point is ridiculously good. My friend and I got 12 soup dumplings, a stir fry dish and spring rolls. When the check came it was like $25 a person. In NYC? With all that food? I am sold. This place will be my go for soup dumplings and I live across the street from another one.
